Yoga is for everyBODY. This Hatha yoga is dedicated to helping each person of any culture, age, body type of physical condition. In Hatha yoga, asanas (postures) are intended to support your breath. This movement-supported-breathing practice both relaxes your nervous system and allows you to effortlessly enter into meditative states.
In this day and age, where so many of us spend most of our time in the sympathetic (fight or flight) part of our autonomic nervous system, you can benefit from a yoga practice that allows you to activate the parasympathetic nervous system. That’s where your body heals itself and where you are able to fully feel intimate connection with life.

You will deeply explore the practice of asana, including appropriate inversions, twists, forward bends, and backbends. Meditation, chanting and pranayama will reconnect you to the natural flow of life.
